The welcome party is evening casual (your nice jeans are totally fine!) For the wedding itself, black tie attire matches our venue and vision best. We are serving a plated dinner and will have live entertainment for part of the evening. Feel free to dress your best and you will absolutely fit in! Formal evening attire (suits as opposed to tuxes) or evening cocktail dresses, however, would also be perfect!

Please include these in your RSVP and we will make sure you have plenty to eat!

Children are welcome, but please RSVP for them so they are in our guest count.

Ceremony & Reception Transportation - Daxton Hotel : Guests may start loading onto the shuttle at 3:45 PM and the shuttle will depart at 3:55 PM. The shuttle will depart Daxton Hotel and head to Holiday Inn Express. Guests may start loading onto the shuttle at 4:05 PM and it will depart for Shepherd's Hollow at 4:10 PM. It will arrive at Shepherd's Hollow for ceremony at 4:45 PM. End of the Night Shuttle - The shuttle will take guests back at 9:00 PM and then do another shuttle service at the end of the wedding at 10:30 PM .
